FLUKE FISHING STILL HOLDING UP AROUND FIRE ISLAND INLET

I fished out of Fair Harbor on 9/7 with Luiz DeSalvo and his kids Carolina and Luca. We caught a bunch of fluke and two keepers. It was pretty good action with lots of shorts and sea robbins. We also had small bluefish. We saw a nice school of false albacore but didn't hook up with any. 


It was another great day on the water with an excellent crew.

Caught this guy today on a gulp shrimp, the fish was about 10 inches and mixed with a bunch of small sea Robbin. If anyone can let me know what it is, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
