Captain Al Lorenzetti
I fished today with Andrew, his wife Sophie and their sons Nico and Luca. We had a good time fishing inside the inlet using gulp and natural baits. The gulp caught best today. We had a bunch of sea robins and keeper fluke and seabass. It was a good day with great weather and a great crew!

I fished today with my pal Captain Rich Santos. We had a great day with nice striped bass and big seabass. We ran the bay on a beautiful morning and headed out of Moriches inlet. we went as far as Westhampton but the fish were much farther west. We caught striped bass and headed for a couple of pieces and fished for seabass. We limited out on fish from 3 to 5 pounds. A beautiful day on the water.
Captain Al Lorenzetti Fished with Bob H. and his sons William, Phil and their friend Paul out of Seaview. William hooked up with a 15 pound fish and had two rods in his hands at the same time. I look over and he has a fish on one rod and holding another rod in the other hand and I think he is going to loose his grip on the rod with the fish! He is a tough kid and he held on with one hand and got it under control. William likes to stay incognito so therefore the Gaiter over his face. Millennials I guess. Bob has some top notch kids. He and Philip move so fast they scared me a couple of times. Very aggressive fish heads. Paul was spending the day getting used to fishing as he has never done it before. It was a great day with an excellent crew.
Another great day on the water! Captain Al Lorenzetti I fished today with probably the best crew ever. These guys have fished with me for over 25 years. we have caught fish over 50 and many other beauties. We worked hard today drove the Skimmer almost 100 miles and we caught nothing but had fun. That's fishing. Its not all about catching but having fun. As the day went on and we had no fish the barbs started mostly from Bobby Kerr who is very sly. Wells chimed in once in a while and Phil did a lmao a couple of times. It is what it is. Sometimes you win and sometimes you just have fun. Another great day on the water with a great crew.
Captain Al Lorenzetti I had a nice 30 pound striped bass today on bunker in the ocean. The water was clean and some bait around but scattered. Things should be improving every day. Captain Al Lorenzetti Due to the weather forecast for Sunday June 3rd the tournament will be postponed until Sunday June 10th. There is still time to sign up, registration closes at noon on Friday the 8th. See you at the shotgun start!
