I finished my work early today and decided to fish the top of the tide for Fluke. As soon as the rig hit the bottom I had a fish on the trailing hook. I fished just north of the bar in front of the coast guard station in the clean water and I guess a new body of fish moved inside the bay. I used Captain Al's Fluke rig tipped with chartreuse 4" swimming mullet gulp. Check out the video below to see how to tie the rig. In an hour and a half I had 20 fluke with two of them being keepers.
