| Location Inside the inlet Fishing Report Thanks to capt Al and r.b. for the info at the meeting last night. Fished the ocean lost a nice fish boat side and had a false albie on for a three min run this morning. Moved back inside and landed this lil guy. Weighed 22.5 on the foga grip[lol] P.S. Any anglers that read capt Al's report if you aren't already a member you should think about joining the Suffolk marine anglers. Its a great club with real good fisherman. You will learn a lot!! Location GSB Fishing Report Could not find any bait so been using eels. Fished 11-12 with Luke had 3 Bass around 12 lbs. Fished today with Rob, boated 4 fish up to 15lbs left them biting after we ran out of eels. Fish are small but at least its action. Rich Figlia
 Tom O'Donnell caught this nice Striped bass off of Cedar Beach in the bunker schools.

Fished the bunker pods in ocean and my son landed his first 40lb Bass all by himself...Another great day on the water 
Sean Brownyard had this 42 lb. bass inside the inlet on live bunker.
Location GSB Fishing Report Headed out early to fish the pods, plenty of bunker today from Gilgo west but could not connect with any Bass under the pods. Wind picked up so headed in with some live bunker, managed 3 fish around 20lbs with Al's proven live bait rig.. Great weather, great day on the water.. Rich Figlia

Anthony Babich Location GSB State Channel/Amityville Fishing Report Went out early AM yesterday wt a few buddies hooked on to some real nice fish,On my own 23 Mako. Had a couple blues take some hooks. Caught some small average sized bass on the incoming tide. Just at the tide change I managed to hook on to this after putting on fresh clam bellies a nice 37 incher. Actually saw Al's boat the Skimmer pass me by looked great!! Fished for a few more hours caught some blues and went home. The slipgut seemed to ease up a little but still clogging lines up. Beautiful day this seems to be the best action rt now by me. |
