The wind was east at 17 the livewell full with goggle eyes and Mike had the boat rigged and ready. We had the kite up by&nbsp;8 am&nbsp;and a mahi in the box by 9 the radio was quiet and not much of a bite on for it being too warm and the wind not being North east as predicted. Well there was bird life but no fish for us east. Did a little sea duck hunting with Luke watching out for the birds for us. green light is as the squid were hanging back there out of reach of the net we just got the blueshark cleared from all lines and this rod goes off iam like this better not be a blue this swordfish comes out of the water at the boat and goes down 200' now its game on fighting this fish 1hour 20min it was brought boatside and gaffed and in the boat this was my first swordfish and Dr joes 11 swordfish that was caught on his boat in 25 years going to the canyons it weighed in at burnetts at 129lbs<br />we trolled in the morning for one lonely mai mai under the lobster pots and headed home
